Its possable. Abilify potently blocks the dopamine D3 receptors. Nicotine directly affects this receptor to mediate the feelings of reward and pleasure. Its is possable that the drug is blocking the peasure of cigarettes which is (like you said) perhaps having you taste the cigarettes in a new light. Like removing the sweetness from honey might make it not taste so good.
