We have tried reducing the dose of Abilify and Depakote recently but not a lot of change. It goes on all day long but not while I'm sleeping. I don't usually feel especially anxious when this is going on. Is this some form of akathisia? Ideas anyone?

I get that a lot from MAOIs. It is nothing to be concerned with, though. I am curious as to which drug(s) are causing this with you. It might be the result of combining Concerta and Cytomel. You are getting a nice noradrenergic effect here. Abilify is a possibility too, although it is not akathisia. Perhaps this side effect will mitigate with time.
