Well came in to my doc with both solid printed information about lyrcia being FDA approved,as well as general posts from here and other resources,also tried to explain to her,felt as if i were speaking to a child honestly,and im sorry if the doc loving people dont agree,but after the way i had to talk to this woman WOW that whole dont do nothing without your docter man its just crap to me,im sorry just my opinion,but its just to make sure you pay to see that docter as of course they dont talk on phones.
Anyway like a child who just couldent grasp what i was saying,in one ear out the other,she shot me down,saying her pzifer rep said it is not used as such,i said its been literaly approved in Europe for that very reason,as well as here on paper u have real people saying the opposite,also if you use logic,this being a replacment for Nuerontin,u agreeing it shares the same whatever,then why would you NOT believe like Nuerontin which u r using NOW ON ME,that lyrcia is also used the same way.
Uggh im so sick of waiting a month to leave with the same stuff,nothing new,she said shed look into it for a month and then well see,i told my story to the aid in front who seemed to actualy have a brain,telling him im not asking for it cause its cute,im presenting reasons why i feel i might benifit,i took the time to gather information to show im familiar with it,at least dab around and see if maybe i do,then you would feel comfotable,but no,it was her way and that was no,he shook his head and i really feel he totaly had my side on it,he said he knew of it to a large degree and had no idea why she would not substitute it since i have been on nuerontin over and over.
Well i now have the same crap,i will expect the same results for the next 30 days if i even try to ask again,and all because this woman personaly felt like not giving me this medication.
I mean present me with a logical reason and ill at least feel justified,but to say no cause u dont know it well,Well learn,its your job,youll take my money,ugggh im so mad i can chew gun powder.
Now with my stupidity i have to do everything i can to NOT play games with other herbs and meds and just suffer on these,i am xyrem free over two months now and that is a accomplishment to me.
Anyway i cant put into text the ignorance i experianced.I know my grammer puts people off,but when i decide something is important to me i go all the way,and i sat there and calmy explained as i was cut off over and over and over again by her,as to what i was handing her,she was just grabbing the papers,i was explaining to her what i was giving her,and why.As well as why i felt it was in my best interest to at least try as it did not make sense to continue on a cocktail im comming in for to complain isnt helping.
I swear i felt like i was talking to my parents or a child about this,slowly explainging things,so yess i do feel its possable we do know more than these docters,in fact i dont feel they are docters at all.
