Sorry i didn't answer this sooner..was busy all week-end. For myself (and also for Marty) at 300 mgs. all at once, there was a very noticable antidepressant effect. Up to that point i felt sedated. When i got to 500 mgs., 300 mgs. a.m., 200 mgs. at 1:00 p.m.. BAM!! It was a huge unmistakable improvement in energy, pro-socialism, motivation, and the ability to enjoy life. Now at 300 mgs. b.i.d., this drug has changed my life (as i have mentioned many times before) i feel good 24/7. Energetic, motivated, happy. and very pro-social. As always, this is what Lyrica has done FOR ME. I wish i could guarantee the same results for everyone. Good Luck.
