I wasn't aware that Topamax was a GLU release inhibitor. That's interesting. Perhaps you can find me something on that.
(1/2 hour later) I just did some research, and found that Topamax negatively modulates AMPA/kainate glutamate receptors, effectively antagonizing them. I'll have to update my chart.
My doctor is having quite a bit of success with Wellbutrin + Lamictal combination. Others here have described a synergistic energizing effect from the combination.
