I have no experience with Manerix -- I don't think it's available in the US? -- but my experience with anxiolytics is that they've all knocked me out. If it's effective for you, though, and not causing depression, I'd say ask your doctor about trying something like Provigil or even Ritalin to counter the fatigue. It might be worth a try...
