The dosage you're on is important to know...
It may change your REM cycle, although they're supposed to enhance it, it may not in you. I'm a lifelong insomniac so I can type online right here right through Ambien. Its the Seroquel that I take for other nonpsychotic reasons that really is the synergist.

This is not impossible, if you're not used to benzodiazepines (these are pseudobenzodiazepine derivatives), some say Klonopin carries into second day depression.

Not as effective for sleep as Ambien (maybe, cant be sure -- Sonata was least effective. Some people report visual symptoms on Sonata). Currently at 20mg Ambien. May challenge Lunesta again at 4(+)mg to see what it does. Nice nickel taste, coming soon in cobalt... no, seriously about 30% of people experience "the taste", but I didnt get it beyond the night. Some have said they have -- the brain is wired in different ways...
