I do know that getting through holidays and some other concurrent stressors is too difficult to do w/o some help, I believe, in looking at now and days ahead.

I've saved quite a big of info re: discontinuing Eff-XR. Although I'm blessed to have never had much prob' discontinuing.

Really never had a lot of the bad side effects you see peeps have, either.

This time, fatigue and 'Don't Give A S*it' syndrome. But, I hear a tiny voice telling me that maybe the dosage of my Valium may have something to do with this. One time, I had a sorta 'psychotic high-strung feeling' that scared me.

Otherwise, it's been the most helpful w/ sadness and w/ anxiety. So, may give it another month.
