I've never taken EMSAM, but I know that for some, the first few days cause fatigue because your brain in making all those weird neurochemical changes! It happened to me on Straterra few about 3 days, then again when I increased the dose. I wouldn't give up yet. If doesn't go away, but there are no other adverse effects, you may ask about adding Provigil. I know the general consensus in that stimulants like Concerta or Adderall shouldn't be combined with an MAOI, but they might be OK as long as your very closely monitored.
