Luvox is the least likely to cause anxiety in general as it is the most sedating of all medications.

But you have to work out the scenarios with your doctor first as to what caused the migraines. As I noted, Paxil is used for migraines, and if you are suceptible to migraines, the migraine therapy, if it is interrupted, the migraines will return.

I know some people prefer not to use benzodiazepines, but it is one of the better options with a problem of migraines + a serotonergic medication besides OTC medication.
