I was on it at 400 (?) mg SR / day. After about 2-3 years I discontinued it because it made my head literally on fire at night and I ruminated before I slept.
But some people like the stimulation, as they say, your miles may vary.
Certainly made me as horny as a teenager. I suppose that was its only positive value? :)
