I would probably taper off though after the end of the week down to 15 and off, because there are longterm reports of withdrawal syndrome, usually the typical flu like sensations and shocks and all that fun stuff. Do remember that Remeron, while it will give you probably interesting sleep, maybe even hypnagogic hallucinations on wakeup (which I found sort of interesting actually, rather trippy), in most people will also give you rather profound weight gain, so watch for hunger.
