I just noticed your message Pluto.
By all means, take the Xanax. Under such
conditions, I don't think that you have to
worry about addiction, especially at such
a tiny dose. After 16 months you can ask
your doctor to help you get off it. If anything I would say that perhaps a longer-life benzo might be better, because the Xanax is for abrupt situational anxiety and does not last long.Good luck.
