I did the same - started on 10mg then upped to 15mg. It took about 5 -7 days for the wierd spacey feeling to subside. I didnt really feel any better with the extra dose but my depression patches are not as deep and resolve quicker.
I also got the no appetite thing (wish that continued) but that has gone too after about a week.
I suppose you could estimate that your body took a while last time to adjust so it might this time.
