I tried it last year for a couple nights at 100mg. It did put me to sleep nicely, but didn't keep me asleep all night.

During the day I had a lot of anxiety so I tried some more. It worked fairly well for a few hours but then wore off and anxiety was back. It also made me much more depressed than I had started, which took me by surprise because I thought it was supposed to be a good antidepressant.

A clear case of how mileage varies.
