In terms of raw potency, the benzo equivalence chart that is the first one on Dr. Bob's list is fairly on the money from my experience -- we're talking about objective sedation and potency quality, not necessarily subjective "feeling" concepts which may be misleading because concepts like reaction time may be the same but one doesn't get the same relief from the agent.

I agree there can be some variance, but the second chart has some definite odd assumptions.
