caffeine/stimulats and ruminations

Posted by Franz on December 4, 2006, at 8:26:29

Hello, I would like to know if you think caffeine/stimulants can increase ruminations of a negative content if you are in a low mood.

I like caffeine effect and do not abuse, but maybe sometimes even a low dose is too much if you are feeling bad and with repetitive negative thoughts (anticipation, repeating past bad events in your mind, like in a dialog).

When I try to cut all caffeine I feel bad but maybe I have to look in other things for energy and lower caffeine intake.

ideas?.

Thanks
