Hi Jeroen,
I take 300mg seroquel. I have intrusive thoughts related to trauma and depression. No psychosis, but some hallucinations.
I think that 75 mg is considered a very low dose for controlling psychosis. Even at 300mg, seroquel is not likely to cause dyskinesias or dystonias. (I asked)
Can you try going up to 100mg?
