I'll watch my 'tude! :)
I live in Canada. My pdoc is from the UK and very old. I actually like Thorazine. I tried to use is for sleep. But it makes me lactate as I have high prolactin levels. But it actually did help me feel better. I felt calmer on it. But then the lactation started. So now it's just for emergencies.
I don't have access to the New England journal of medicine.
I never get serotonin syndrome. It's usually just when I take a cold med or something by mistake. Or once I had home made red wine and I thought I was going to die (I could drink bottled red wine). So reactions like that. I do have a high tolerance to tyramine ... that much I know.
But sure if you want to post some info, I'd be interested.
