Confused Anxiety

Have, well has anyone experiennced a type of nervousness which makes things seem chaotic, everything is out of whack, have to do this, i cant find a book im obessising about.

Also having anxiety about after a manic trip. I went i just spent, i dont know why.

Im on Alprazolam 3 X daily Prozac 40mg, zyprexa 2.5mg.
Really this sucks because i cannot get "actaul" help from people here.
