Zoloft also has a very mild effect on dopamine unlike the other SSRIs.

I would agree with the half life issue, not to mention the harshness of Prozac being the first successful SSRI. Paxil has an even lower half life if I recall. Years ago I took Prozac but I wouldn't put it in my system any more for the reason that it can take up to 35 days to flush out of the system if you have to dump it.
