Zoloft, Wellbutrin, SJW interaction

Hi all
Could the following combination of drugs be problematic?
Zoloft 50 mg / day
Wellbutrin SR 150 mg / day
SJW 330 mg / day
I have been taking this combo for 5 days now. I woke up yesterday night with the following:
shivering, clattering teeth, throbbing headache, racing pulse, tinnitus, numbness / pins and needles in my arms and legs
I felt like I was dying (not that I know how it feels, of course) and I have decided for the time being to halt all my medication until I have greater clarity of what might have happened. I suspect Wellbutrin or SJW as the culprit. I am 25 years old and generally in good health.
