I am sure some of these doctors work in other areas, but just to make sure you might want to call a particular doctor's office and ask him or her if they treat your particular disorder, and if not if they could provide a reference.
Dr. Ivan Goldberg is usually very helpful and answers email: Psydoc@PsyCom.Net
