Lamictal questions - blue pill - highest dose?

I took Lamictal a long time back, and it was not helpful, but I was thinking about it the other day and trying to remember what dose I took..

Anyone know what dose the blue pentagon pills are ? I think I took 1 1/2 of those.. \

Also, what is the highest dose that anyone has taken and it was helpful?
