vitamin E can help. Other antioxidants might also help--for instance, melatonin helps some people. I think the idea is that oxidative stress causes TD, and high-dose antioxidants may undo the oxidative stress. It works best in fairly recent (within 5 years) cases of TD and it doesn't work for everyone.
