Switching meds is hard. You never know what is withdrawals and what is startup side effects. They all seem so confusingly integrated at the same time.

Prozac is tricky to come off when adding a new serotonin med, because of its long halflife. About a week. After one week you will still have 30mg prozac in your system. After 2 weeks, you will still have 15mg prozac. Approximately. It takes about 5 weeks for it to be mostly gone.

Fast heartbeat sounds like maybe you should call the doctor and ask about that. Could be a transitionary thing that will pass or could be a worry, don't know.
