it can work..back in the day, these combos were common in one pill. There was Thora-Dex (dexedrine and Thorazine), Eskatrol (compazine/dex), Stelladex (stelazine/dex), so on and so forth. Apparently, these drugs were good for both weight loss AND mood--I guess with careful dosage adjustments, you can get maximum benefits from both meds.
