7.5mg is just as sedating as 15mg and is just as weight inducing more unfortunately as well frankly all dosages that I have been on, including 52.5mg. This has been the general results of patients my doctor has seen but others could theoretically see different, of course, as a disclaimer.One will probably receive a greater small effect of 5HT at 15mg but doesn't really activate that side of things until around 30mg. But I do believe that it makes a different at clinically high doses that the alpha site is not doing alone, sort of like a neuroleptic but no dopaminergic action.
