> I have been on Paxil for 6 weeks and experiencing anorgasmia at 20mg per day. Is there a possibility this will subside or should I look into changing medications. Pondering about switching to Prozac. Also may try Nardil, I know these are totally different. I have GAD with Depression and Social Anxiety. It seems when I knock out the GAD the Social Anxiety appears more pronounced. Thanks for feedback.

Polypharmacy may help, e.g. combining with a benzodiazepine for example.

As for the anorgasmia, this unfortunately is a tendency of all SSRIs, but you have a fortunate choice with Paxil -- you can skip a dose because the half life is so short. This works for some people. Other times, doctors add a small amount of Wellbutrin to the mix, which for a number of people tends to be pro-sexual.
