You wont get a strengthened response to dopamine or a stregnthened hpa axis, it jus doesn't bind as tightly as ket.

Although you will get the reduction in glutamate and should, like i did, get a good anti-anxiety effect, which i believe can improve depressive sympttoms as a result.
