Standard wisdom has it that five half-lives are required for full elimination (1/2^5 = 1/32). Using your half-life figures, that's up to ~20 days. However, you haven't taken the memantine for long enough to reach peak plasma concentration. I'd guess you face perhaps 12 days to eliminate the drug. It may well become ineffective much earlier than that.
