It can be too much input or unwanted input, not unlike my somatiform disorder, in which the past 5 years I have been unable to filter out bright lights at night and contrast and a host of unpleasant things due to some anxiety condition. Some attempt to correct it with medication and therapy because it is too distracting, just like my condition.
I would hesitate to put any form of epilepsy on there -- I dont think people particularly enjoy the complex partial seizures which can render them unable to drive. I understand the fascination with neurology, but I would skip that one from the list.
