I've developed tolerance to benzos as i've been on them for 26 years. They simply do not work for me anymore. Lunesta and Ambien (which are a type of benzo) don't touch my insomnia. My pdoc has me on Trazodone for sleep which works 'okay' periodically. Sometimes i use benadryl, but it makes me tired the next day. Any suggestions?
