d-cycloserine + memantine?

Hi guys, Has anyone tried taking d-cycloserine and memantine? (not necessarily together) I take memantine daily to help with tolerance to dex but would like to try d-cycloserine + exposure therapy. Would this be dangerous given that one is an nmda antagonist and the other an agonist? I don't want to get rapid tolerance to my dex by using the opposite of memantine, if you see what i mean.. Unless it was entirely reversable!
