Is 2mg of Alprazolam equiv. to 4mg of Lorazepam?

I was on Ativan. But im take Alprazolam now, and it seems much more potent i can tell you that.

Ativan was just mellow calming. Xanax is like omg. But sometimes i dont want to be calm.

Well i dont know many people here that take Ativan but .............

Hold on what about the equivilience chart.....let me check it out
