I started Seroquel at 25 mg and worked up to 300 mg of it. It knocked me out at all dosages. And I got extreme anxiety. My PDOC wrote the pharmacuetical company to see if anxiety was a known factor (as you know it's supposed to reduce it not make it worse) and they said they had indeed had reports that it has caused anxiety at dosages of 600 mg or more. I am extremely sensitive to meds so my reaction made sense. I have since stopped it. Did not like it!
