They'll make it up in pill form according to the original formulation. It would make no sense to give you a liquid, since there's no doubt the new Nardil contains the right amount of phenelzine, it's the new pill with its different binders and lack of hard shell that some people think may be causing it to dissolve too quickly in the stomach.
You should be able to get it from a compounding pharmacy in the USA, with your doctor's consent. I don't have any more info, I'll ask my friend where he found out about it.
