Thanks for the input!!! See my doctor tomorrow and have gathered info from several sources. I seem to "plateau" at 30mg Parnate and although I've taken larger doses, have noticed no improvement so stay at the lower dose. Most info points toward combining a mood stabilizer or trying the emsam. Thanks again!! Perhaps I'll have some new info for you after tomorrow.
