Med Challenge...???

Finally got the Emsam patch out of my system. Made me anxious and manic, what an awful ride.
Needed something so I tried a small dose of Effexor – per usual, it hurt my bladder.
Can’t take Lamictil – causes mouth soars.
Now I am just taking Wellbutrin, which isn’t totally helping.
Would I be stupid to add a small dose of Abilify in to help with sleep and depression?
What else could I add in to help with some of this depression?
