Hi Maxime,
I've used nortriptyline with Nardil in the past. Though officially contraindicated, it can be a very good combination for treatment resistant depression. There is even some evidence that it can make the MAOI safer than taking the MAOI alone. Adding Nardil, a little at a time, to an established dose of nortriptyline is the preferred way to augment the nortriptyline. If your doctor is apprehensive there are lots of PubMed abstracts which show that these two medications can be taken together.
Good Luck,
Jedi
