I know you're new, so I'd like to inform you that there is a focussed discussion board on this site, called Withdrawal. There are hot links to it on this board, at the top and very bottom of the list of posts. You'll probably get redirected (i.e. the post will be moved) over there, anyway.
After four years on all these meds, your body has found a certain balance, but one which is profoundly influenced by the continued exposure to whatever meds it is that you are taking. Suddenly stopping your intake could even be fatal, depending on what you're taking. I can almost guarantee your misery, at the very least. Even with slow tapers, many people find the process of drug withdrawal to be a substantial burden.
What is also important to think about are your motives. Why would you consider doing so?
