My concern was that we were concentrating on the issues that came up as a result of the ADD. Such as: I'm depressed because I can't stay focused or I'm becomimg manic because I can't stay organized or complete a task. The ADD has to be treated aggressively in order for the other underlying issues to remain at bay. Therefore, we've decided to keep the Topamax and the Risperdal for a few weeks. Just to see if the Risperdal will calm down in my system and do it's job. Then because I do handle stimulants well, he'll add back the Focalin XR to the Provigil or take the Provigil out all together. Especially since it's not really doing anything at this moment. Keep your fingers crossed.
