UGHH (or can we just call you "Hope" for short?), thanks again for the encouragement. But here's the thing about going to a stronger dose. I *have* had a bit of an uptick in waves of anxiousness, but I chalk these up totally to the power of pyschosomatic suggestion. I knew I would get this effect, because part of my GAD is fear of unusual physiological feelings such as those brought on by drugs. This is so strong in me that even the benzos -- sedatives! -- brought on panic attacks when I first started them. So I'm sure I'd go through more of the same should I increase my dose of Emsam. Others have talked about getting the jitters, etc., from Emsam at low doses, so the idea that adding more would reduce rather than increase that kind of effect seems really counter-intuitive.
