5 wellbutrin all at once, danger?

yes, i know. i've already gone over how stupid i am in my head.
swallowing pills was the closest thing i could do to actually completing a task. can't go into how i am feeling right now. just need to know if what i did, given it has been a while since being on wellbutrin, should make me worry for any reasons? i am particularly concerned about cardiovascular effects right now. i already normally have high-ish blood pressure.
