Nardil Ambassador with Hypotension? Uh oh!

Michael, remember I told you to use salt liberally? What is your BP averaging? If I end up on Nardil I will have severe hypotension since I have always had low BP and it will drop even lower with Nardil. There is a medication (florinef) to help with that if you can not get the BP into an acceptable range where you still have severe side effects from hypotension, like blacking out, etc.
Glad to see you are the Nardil ambassador in residence for the last few months
