Which slightly touch serotonin?

Ok - so drugs that effect serotonin give me bladder spasms and urine retention (ouch). I love the way Lexapro and Effexor make me feel, but I hate the spasms.

Are there any drugs that barely touch serotonin or that effect serotonin in an indirect way?

I've heard Abilify.

Also - I tried Elavil and it gave me the opposite effect - it relaxed my bladder so much that I way running for the bathroom - almost had a few accidents.

I want my serotonin without the spasms and pain.
