Hi,
I have taken both for sleep relief in the past.
Seroquel... worked initially but then I developed Akathisia after a week... unusual for this one.. BUT can happen.
Trazodone... I dab of this and I will go to sleep, and be out... REALLY out.
My vote is for trazodone... but keep in mind we are all wired 100 percent differently, so one person's potion might be another's poison.
