So would you take the long acting just at night? Or would you take one during the day & at night and then the short acting would be for when you needed more anxiety relief?
I don't remember if you also have a mood disorder. If so, do you think the benzo helps with your mood?
I'm just starting the long-acting Xanax tomorrow and hoping maybe it will make a difference.
