I expect that Nardil could potentially be very effective for you but finding a psychiatrist to prescribe it may be difficult.
First, you would have to slowly taper off fluvoxamine (Faverin, Luvox) because there is a very serious interaction between these two medications. You have to have been completely off fluvoxamine for at least a week before starting Nardil.

The UK Nardil is made by a different company to the US Nardil. I've never heard of any problems with the UK Nardil. As ever, Nardil can be very effective for certain people, but it's a difficult drug to use compared with most.
