Xanax: What's your dosage?

Hi guys,
I am on 2 mg of Xanax right now. (0.5mg QID)
Though I don't think this is a high dose, I would appreciate if you share your part too. Just consider this as a survey. If you don't mind please answer to Qs.
1. What's your current dosage?
2. How long have you been on it?
